Spill The Beans began as a heartfelt idea shared over a morning cappuccino by two sisters, Leiah (16) and Zara (13). Regulars at their local coffee shop, they struck up a conversation with their favourite barista, who casually mentioned his dream of owning a mobile coffee trailer. That simple, sincere exchange sparked a bigger vision – one that blended their love of coffee culture, their entrepreneurial curiosity, and their passion for people.

They imagined more than just selling coffee. They dreamed of creating a premium mobile café experience, led by skilled baristas who are not just employees, but active contributors in the success of the business. The goal: to build a scalable model that doesn’t just serve great drinks, but creates real opportunities through employment and profit-sharing.

From that early idea, Spill The Beans was born – a self-contained mobile coffee trailer serving barista-crafted coffee, Matcha, chilled drinks including a selection of Freezos, freshly blended smoothies and juices, and delicious baked goods, all
with efficiency, style, and heart.

But this is just the beginning. The mobile coffee trailer market is currently fragmented and informal. Leiah and Zara see a clear gap – an opportunity to build the go-to brand for mobile coffee at corporate events, school functions, sporting fixtures, conferences, festivals, and in high-traffic locations across KZN.
